Dr. Victoria Vu

worked at the international law firms Clifford Chance LLP, Eversheds Sutherland LLP and Watson Farley & Williams LLP in Munich.

From 2017 until mid 2021 Dr. Vu worked for a group as General Counsel, based in Munich, now rendering legal advice as an external counsel. In view of her experience as a lawyer in law firms and as an in-house lawyer, Dr. Vu combines a comprehensive legal and practical consulting spectrum. Entrepreneurial and operational aspects are always considered during the search for economic solutions.

She holds an LL.M. degree from University of London and obtained her doctorate in 2014 with a thesis on corporate law. Since 2012 she is also a certified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law (Fachanwältin für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht).

Since winter semester 2021 Dr. Vu is a lecturer of International University of Applied Sciences (Hamburg campus) reading Special Business Law.
